By accessing or using Shift LogPro you agree to these terms. If you use Shift LogPro on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
You must use Shift LogPro lawfully and only for managing support and care services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login details secure.
Each organisation’s data is kept separate and is only accessible to its authorised users. You remain responsible for obtaining any consents required to record participant and worker information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are payable as described on our pricing page or in your agreement with LogPro Services.
We aim to keep Shift LogPro available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features from time to time.
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, LogPro Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Shift LogPro.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Shift LogPro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
